We're excited to announce the Sockness Builders, Inc. 2012 Home Makeover Giveaway! If you're thinking of remodeling your existing home, planning for an addition, or considering building a new house - this giveaway is for you!  All you have to do is enter THIS weekend only:

Saturday or Sunday:  At the Sockness Builders remodeled parade home located at 6262 Lochwood Dr. in Janesville!

Saturday:  At the Sockness Builders booth at the Marling Homeworks Expo!

Our winner will be chosen on Sunday, September 9th at 5:00 PM at the Sockness Builders parade house.  It could be YOU!

CONTEST RULES

1. THIS IS NOT A FREE GIVEAWAY!  YOU MUST SPEND THE MONEY SPECIFIED BY EACH PARTICIPANT TO GET THE CREDITS LISTED.

2.    Work must be 35 miles or less from the Sockness Builders office located at 133 First St. - Milton.

3.    Entrant must own a home.

4.    Prizes are not transferable and not convertible to cash.

5.    Entrant must be 18 years or older.

6.    Immediate family members of participating firms are not eligible to enter.

7. Winner must have a signed building contract with Sockness Builders, Inc., by 09/09/13 to receive any or all services listed.
8. Services can be used to remodel a home, to add an addition to an existing home, for basement remodeling, or for a new home.
9. All credits will be applied to invoices to Sockness Builders from suppliers only after the set amount of services have been completed and paid for.
10. One (1) entry per person.  Entry form must be legible and filled out completely to be a valid entry.
11. The decisions regarding interpretation of these rules will be made by Sockness Builders, Inc., and decisions are final.  By participating, contestants agree to be bound by the decisions of Sockness Builders, Inc., in any disputes arising from the participation in or execution of the contest.
12. By entering, the property owner agrees to hold Sockness Builders and their subsidiaries harmless from any damage, liability, injury or other circumstances arising from the receipt, installation or present and future use of the prize.  The property owner further agrees that if unforeseen conditions make it necessary for additional labor, materials or services to be used in order to complete the makeover, the property owner shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred from any prize provider over the initial prize award amount.
13. Failure to comply with any published contest rules is grounds for immediate disqualification from the contest.
14. No purchase necessary to play.  Void where prohibited.

Due to the fact that this offer is only good on definite home building plans or home remodeling plans, we request that only those people with the intention of building or remodeling enter our contest to give all entrants an equal chance at winning and using the prizes offered.  Thank you for your consideration.

Drawing will take place at 5:00 PM on Sunday, September 9th, at the Sockness Builders Parade House located at 6262 Lochwood Dr.   Need not be present to win.
